All tickets, armbands, and vouchers purchased on the St Lucie County Fair website, by phone, at the office, at the gate, or on the midway are final.
We do not accept any returns or offer refunds/rain checks for tickets, armbands, or vouchers purchased for any reason.
All purchasers shall also be at least 18 years of age at the time of purchase.
All telephone and internet purchases shall be made with a valid credit card, purchasers acknowledge that the Saint Lucie County Fair Association will not deliver tickets until the credit card transaction has been completed. Additionally if at any time the credit card transaction is reversed by the card holder or card holders bank the Saint Lucie County Fair Association will revoke the right of use of any unused tickets.
Purchases made via personal or company check at the fair office shall be made with a valid check. The purchaser agrees to pay any returned check fee of $25 with certified funds if the purchasers bank does not honor said check. Additionally if the purchasers bank does not honor said check the Saint Lucie County Fair Association will revoke the right of use of any unused tickets.
Purchasers agree that the St. Lucie County Fair Association or it’s assignees shall at their discretion choose the final delivery methods for all tickets sold. The St. Lucie County Fair Association shall make a best effort attempt to make the purchaser aware of the chosen delivery.
eTickets and eVouchers while printable multiple times contain a barcoded serial number which is only valid for a single use. The Saint Lucie County Fair will only honor the eTicket or eVoucher the first time a its valid barcoded serial number is presented.
eTickets and eVouchers are to be printed by the purchaser and the purchaser acknowledges that the barcode contained on the printed eTicket or eVoucher must be machine readable. If the barcode is not machine readable at the time of presentation additional verification step will be required of the purchaser which may delay entry into the fair.
The St Lucie County Fair will cancel all purchases tied to a credit card/personal account and deny all future credit card purchases if a charge back is issued against a transaction. This is done to ensure the security of all purchases against fraudulent credit card use.
The purchaser also agrees that the Saint Lucie County Fair Association and Saint Lucie County may post additional conditions for entry to the fair grounds at the front gate of the fair ground.
Parking is not included in any tickets purchased from the Saint Lucie County Fair Association unless specifically specified on said ticket or voucher. The user of any tickets purchased may be required to pay an additional fee for parking.
Certain tickets and vouchers may require acceptance of additional terms and conditions.
For your safety, the safety of our other guests, and to help keep the fair a family friendly environment we ask you not to bring or wear the following:
*Clothing with Offensive Language/Pictures
*Any remote controlled vehicle (RC Cars, Quad-copters, etc)
*Any other item deemed to be a dangerous to others
*Any other item deemed to be offensive to others
Fair Staff shall make the final decision as to whether an item may be brought on to or worn on the grounds. Bags, backpacks, purses and the like may be searched prior to entry. Persons may be searched by metal detector and/or St Lucie County Sheriff Deputies prior to entry.
In order to maintain the orderly movement of crowds on the fairgrounds and for public safety and convenience, all persons, groups or businesses, whether it is for non-profit, charitable, or commercial enterprise, are prohibited from selling, exhibiting, or distributing written material on the fairgrounds, or soliciting funds or signatures, except from a duly licensed location on the fairgrounds. A licensed location is obtained by applying for a booth on the fairgrounds with Fair Management. Given the limited number of booths available, booth space available is provided on a first come, first served basis. The Fair Manager shall be responsible for the enforcement of this rule.
